Shipping & Cancellations

ZornerCards cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package. 

 

If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, ZornerCards provides a full refund or replacement.


Sealed Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Email info@zornercards.com

***IMPORTANT*** 
ALL 'RIP LIVE' ORDERS ARE FINAL. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOU MAY REACH OUT PRIOR TO THE STREAM START, HOWEVER YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 6% CANCELLATION FEE! ONCE THE STREAM STARTS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS AS THE PACKS ARE BEING RIPPED OPEN AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | info@zornercards.com​​
